Asesoria Vivienda specializes in legal guidance for the purchase of residential property in Spain. We offer personalized advisory sessions, digital information products, and select branded items.
3. Types of Offerings
- Legal Support Services: Customized advisory, document preparation, and representation before authorities.
- Information Products: Downloadable guides, templates, and checklists.
- Physical Products: Branded stationery and printed booklets.
4. Scheduling and Delivery
Legal Support Services are scheduled upon mutual agreement. Digital products become available immediately after purchase. Physical products are shipped within 5 business days.
5. Pricing and Payment
All fees are quoted in euros. Payments may be made via accepted methods displayed during checkout. Service engagement begins once payment has been confirmed.
6. Reimbursement and Transfer Policy
We aim to ensure satisfaction with our offerings. Reimbursements and transfers are handled as follows:
6.1 Legal Support Services
If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, you may receive a reimbursement of any prepaid fees, processed within 14 days. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparatory work performed. Appointments may be rescheduled once at no extra charge, subject to availability.
6.2 Information Products
Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Eligibility requires that no download links have been accessed. Approved reimbursements are issued within 10 days of confirmation.
6.3 Physical Products
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must include original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Reimbursements are processed within 15 days after receipt and inspection.
Custom-made products and digital content already accessed are not eligible for reimbursement; this will be clearly indicated where applicable.
7. Changes to Terms
Asesoria Vivienda reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of those changes.
